Should the baby related mailings continue to be received at the registered address, you may like to make use of our complaints service.

Please send a copy of the full mailing including the envelope to:

For MPS

To proceed with the following complaint form, the name and address must be registered on the MPS for at least 3 months. We also require an electronic copy of the mailing that clearly shows the name and address as they appear on the mailing. You can either scan a copy of the mailing or, if you have a smartphone or device, take a photo of it and email it to us after completing this complaint form.
